The house is located in Ballybunion, just 500yards from Ballybunion Golf Club and approximately 1 mile from the Cashen River which is excellent for shore fishing.

Ballybunion beaches are also within walking distance and the town of Ballybunion is just a short walk to the house.

This modern house is finished to the highest standards with oil-fired central heating and a solid fuel stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. Four bathrooms are fitted with power showers and one with an electric shower.

Sitting Room/Dining Room, Kitchen and Sun Room are fully furnished including a flat screen T.V. with Local and International T.V. channels, i.e. Bloomberg, CNN and Sports channels available.

Ballybunion Golf Club has 2 internationally renowned championship courses. The Old Course is in the top ten of International Courses and has been rated by the readers of Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine as Ireland's best Golf Resort. Prior booking is necessary for both Courses.

Many of the world's top golfers have played here and all marvelled at this Natural Links Course. It is said that this Course never plays the same twice! Other Courses nearby include Waterville, Killarney, Tralee, Lahinch and Doonbeg.
